The host provided all information clearly. Check‑in was simple and we found the accommodation very clean and cozy. The resort exceeded our expectations with ample parking and good leisure options. The area has great dining choices. The location is very peaceful and we slept very well on the comfortable bed. We have stayed at Pedra Azul several times in other options and this one has become our favorite. We plan to return again. Nothing disappointed us, but I note that during our short stay the sauna was closed for maintenance and it seemed the repair would not be simple, taking time to solve (apparently a large part of the plaster ceiling in the internal leisure area was deteriorating).

I appreciated the WhatsApp support for scheduling, the organized accommodation, the pleasant atmosphere, the great view, and the ample parking space. The leisure area with pool table, ping‑pong, and gym let me keep up my workouts, and the prime location was a bonus; I’d definitely come back with friends and family. The scheduling for the cinema and jacuzzi was frustrating because other guests didn’t respect the times, forcing the person who booked to rearrange with someone else to keep the schedule. Another issue was the lack of hot water on one day, probably due to maintenance that week.
