The hotel feels slightly aged, but in a charming way. A welcome drink is served at the lovely coffee shop. The room is huge and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing, offering many options to choose from. The staff is friendly and ready to help, speaking English. The location is great, right in the heart of old Tainan (though far from the HSR station). A lovely, elegant hotel. No body lotion or hair conditioner was provided.
