“Would not stay again.”
The room was clean and the price was reasonable compared to other options in the area. However, twice in the evening we lost TV signal in room 119, wasting about 45 minutes while staff tried to fix it. We asked for a different room but were told the hotel was full, and a discount request was ignored. At one point our whole family—husband, wife, and two young adult children—were in the room; the TV was restored but the channel guide never returned, making viewing difficult. The bathroom door needed adjustment and kept sticking. Breakfast was abysmal, supplies ran out and choices were very limited; coffee came from a machine, not freshly brewed. When we arrived in the dark, the hotel road sign was off, only the building sign lit; after reporting it, the sign was turned on later. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for the amount the mattress sagged under each of our bodies.
