“Un petit paradis”

Everything was great! I stayed in a safari tent, it was simple but effective. The sheets were clean, the bathroom too. The restaurant was nicely decorated, the chef was very friendly and especially he made delicious dishes. The resort offers plenty of activities, whether hiking, local culture introductions, or local crafts, it’s amazing and very interesting. There’s a small shop with handmade items by women from the cooperative and the money from the items goes straight to them. And all the staff are truly adorable, kind, ready to help. Thanks to Robert, Elvis, Grace, and all the others 🥰🥰. Nothing negative, I even stayed a night longer than planned!!

“Genuinely friendly staff”

The staff were very professional, the experience and accommodation authentic, the artistic common areas spacious, and the breakfast was the best we had during our month‑long trip in East Africa. Everyone was genuinely friendly.

“Cadre verdoyant”

The location was very nice in a green setting. The accommodation was an atypical safari tent at the foot of the Volcano Park, and we shared it with other community members. The welcome was warm. The bar across the street played loud music almost all night, which was annoying.
