The apartment was huge and having parking was a bonus, everything else was great. The hot water didn’t work well, but since it was hot outside it wasn’t a big deal.

We were a family of seven and my two adult couples were eager to visit La Placita de Santurce; the condo was perfect because it was within walking distance, and I didn’t hear any loud music or crazy noise—just a few passing cars with loud horns here and there. Private parking was a huge plus, and I loved the little kitchen and the in‑unit washer and dryer. If you’re looking to stay in the San Juan/Condado area, I highly recommend this place. Just a quick heads up for future guests: they are very strict with checkout time. The cleaning lady was at our door at 11:00 AM on the dot, and if you need an early check‑in or late check‑out—even by just an hour—you’ll have to stick to the exact times.

The place was comfortable for five people, with two floors and three baths, a good location near tourist spots, and it was clean. However, there weren’t enough tea cups for five or kitchen tools, and the washer was a little dirty.

This was the ideal spot for our spring break trip: plenty of room for six, walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and La Placita, easy Uber rides to Old San Juan, Calle Cera, and the airport. The area felt very safe for our group of girls; there were plenty of people out and about for nightlife at La Placita. The place was clean and well‑stocked with regular and beach towels. One morning the water was shut off for construction—apparently the manager didn’t know it was going to happen. I’d have liked a heads‑up; it took some time for the manager to reply after I notified them, but the water was back on when we returned.
