The staff were friendly and the room was clean, and the place was convenient and comfortable, with a pleasant internet connection, though it could be faster and more stable; I also found no instructions for the TV, which made it hard to use.

The bed and mattress are fine, just the room is a little cramped. If possible, it would help if the room could be made less obviously tight.

I liked the good aspects and also the bad ones, both were decent.

The location is strategic, close to the summer mall and Aiman mall. The stay was bad: the 2‑night price of RM159 for a Queen room was not worth it, the bed size was small, the room had no windows, Wi‑Fi was weak, the room smelled bad and dusty, and the toilet was tiny, smelly and dirty.
