I had two rooms that were conveniently close together, but I only stayed in one because the other didn’t receive breakfast; the front desk staff were fine but not especially friendly.

“Dirty”

I appreciated that the car park was directly linked to the hotel, but the room itself was awful— the bathtub wouldn’t drain, the bedspread was filthy, and the floor was just gross.

“Won’t be returning. Unsafe and loud.”

The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and kind, but the parking lot felt unsafe despite its proximity; inside the lobby was bright and welcoming, yet the hallways and rooms were dirty and gave off an unsafe vibe. As two young women, we didn’t feel at ease, the TV was broken, and the road noise was so loud we couldn’t sleep at all; the staff were nice but the price was too high for such a disappointing stay.

“Fabulous”

The staff were excellent, especially Garrison who was incredibly helpful, but there should be more handicap parking spaces—only four are available.
