The comfort and calm were good. It was farther than expected on foot from the car parks (30 minutes instead of the 10 indicated), the whirlpool bath was half‑functional (only the lower jets worked). I also left a charger in the room when I left, reported it half an hour later hoping someone could leave it in one of the shared spaces, and in the end I was told the housekeeping team found nothing—lack of honesty or professionalism?

I was moved to a different room three days before my arrival, which felt wrong; the new spot was decent but not the same as what I booked, and they said I had to cancel the reservation if I didn’t accept, which was impossible so close to my arrival. I wish they’d give more notice before swapping rooms.
