Nice location for the wedding we went to, and the car park was a bonus. It’s a shame we couldn’t arrange a check‑in for 1 pm. The Best Western AI auto‑receptionist is truly horrible, and it logged two tickets for me that were never responded to. I eventually tricked it into putting me through to a person who told me I couldn’t book an early check‑in.

Breakfast was excellent. Please add coat hooks in the bathroom and a rubber bath mat in the shower.

I got good value, yet there was nowhere to plug my phone except the bed, no bedside table—just a stool, and storage was limited. The Wi‑Fi was down, so the staff couldn't pull up my booking when I checked in and made me feel it was my fault.

The staff welcomed me warmly and the check‑in was quick, but every room I booked, while clean, still showed signs of wear.
