Check‑in and check‑out went smoothly; the staff were very eager to serve guests even during the bowling alley’s holiday period with refreshments or to satisfy them. The proximity to the city centre was lacking, and public transport links to the centre were rather sparse after 19:00, meaning you had to rely on a taxi.

The staff were always friendly and attentive. The external staircase was unfortunately dirty all the time, you had to watch out for liquids or muddy residues, and there were no storage options in the bathroom.
