Laara at the front desk was genuinely friendly and welcoming. We had drinks in the lobby, but the tables needed cleaning and the floors should be checked before the next guests arrive – I understand it can get busy. They handled it quickly and the rest of the staff were nice.

I loved the location and the bar. The breakfast, however, was let down: milk jugs were sitting in melted ice, and when you lifted them they dripped everywhere. I mentioned this to a staff member, but she didn’t seem to get it. We also felt the breakfast was ridiculously pricey at $38.

Everything we needed was within easy reach. I stayed in room 912, which turned out to be the best room in the hotel, and there was a peregrine falcon nesting outside on the balcony. The hotel outperformed many 5‑star hotels in terms of efficiency; everything just worked smoothly. Nothing negative.

The hotel was convenient for what we were there for, but having to pay extra for parking was a drawback.

The staff and service during check‑in and check‑out were excellent. The check‑in team was awesome, and I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. All good.
