The staff here were absolutely wonderful, super friendly and helpful. The location is great, right in the heart of the city, but be prepared for some noise from the streets. The room was small but spotless and the bed was comfy. Overall, it's a decent value for the price, especially considering how close it is to everything.

Location - just 5 minutes to the Herod's Gate. Surrounding streets were well lit and we felt safe coming back even late in the evening. The room was dated, but was cleaned every day and had a fridge and a safe. Nice and comfortable places to meet and sit outside of the room. Delicious and rich breakfast included, tea and coffee available all the time. Dedicated and helpful staff, especially Ibrahim in the restaurant and people at the reception. The problem in the bathroom have been solved quickly. Very good value for money. The shower/bath was uncomfortable

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's breakfast spread - it was a highlight of my stay. The location was also super convenient, just a short walk from the city center. However, the room itself was a bit of a letdown - it was small and the air conditioning was a bit temperamental. Still, the friendly staff and good breakfast made up for it.

The Victoria Hotel staff went out of their way to help us after we had to leave due to a technical issue with our room. Despite the initial hiccup, we were really impressed with the team's support and are already planning to come back next year. Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn't speak Portuguese or Spanish, which made communication a bit tricky. Overall, it was a great experience and we're looking forward to our next visit.

The hotel's breakfast was surprisingly good, even the coffee was decent. Our room was at the back with a view of a courtyard, which was a nice touch. However, it was right next to a car wash station where they did hand-wash cars, and the noise from the machinery, like the vacuum, steam cleaner, and compressor, was pretty loud in the evenings. On the downside, the car wash area was a bit of a mess.
