The location, the place, and the friendly house were great, but we had very loud guests below us who made noise late into the night, and the mattresses were very hard.

The location on the pedestrian avenue of Marina di Pietrasanta is excellent, just steps from the sea. All areas were spotless, and the clean scent lingered in the corridors. The room is small but functional. There’s nothing particularly negative, except the parking is a bit tight and can’t accommodate all the guests’ cars, so arriving early is better.

The villa is older yet stunning, exuding a wonderful Italian vibe. It sits close to the beach and restaurants, and a grocery shop is within walking distance. The room was fairly clean. Staff weren’t present in the hotel all the time, operating within set hours, yet everyone was very pleasant and kind. Unfortunately, sound insulation was fairly weak, and we could hear the neighbors. Our room lacked a wardrobe, which was a bit inconvenient for a longer stay. The main lighting was missing; there were several small lamps, but overall the room was quite dim. These issues feel like minor things that could be easily improved or added.
