The owner was kind and even prepared takeaway breakfast for us because we would have had to get up too early to make it (from 8:00). The property was fully renovated with an elevator (very slow!). The room was suffocating—located in the attic, it was small with single beds. The girl knocked on our door at 22:30 to make sure we had closed the skylight because it was raining!!! I won’t mention this: I suffer from claustrophobia, and with everything closed I was nearly fainting. Even the bathroom has a skylight, but it can’t be opened because it’s very high on the roof and borders the corridor (kudos to the architect), so every noise from the bathroom was also heard there. The hotel is a 7‑minute drive from Chiesa Valmalenco.

The staff were courteous, the owner was helpful, and the location was quiet and family‑friendly. I couldn’t think of any negatives.
