“Muy buen hotel”
I liked the place, but it would be even better if they offered food and drink service.
Nice place to stay, just a bit loud—the music outside is there, but I love it.

Location is excellent, very close to everything: the center, the ferry terminal, and the bus stop to Xcaret parks, which makes traveling convenient and lets you enjoy the tours without needing extra transport most of the time. The downside is the noise level from being close to Coco Bongo. Also, breakfast is served at another nearby hotel, which causes some discomfort and reduces the convenience of the stay.

The location is great, the room is modern, clean, and spacious. Reception staff are very friendly; I recommend this hotel for solo travelers or families. I was worried about noise from Coco Bongo, but inside the room I heard nothing from outside.
