Marias Inn - Bed & Breakfast, a modern, privately run hotel in Garching bei München, offers easy access to Munich's exhibition grounds, airport, and Allianz Arena stadium within a 10-minute drive. Recently renovated rooms feature tasteful, light colours and en-suite bathrooms. A lovingly designed breakfast room serves a fresh buffet from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekends and public holidays.

It was clean and comfortable, but overall it was far too expensive given the location and facilities, and there was no coffee maker in the room.

Everything was wonderful: the apartment was spotless, the mattresses were comfortable, the bedding was pristine, coffee and tea were supplied and refilled daily, and all amenities were present. The area is quiet, close to a bus stop, and an 8–10 minute walk from the metro station, with a Lidl nearby. The building has a vending machine for soft drinks, beer, and snacks, useful if you arrive late. The host is extremely polite, and you can leave luggage there even after checking out. I would stay again; it’s no more than 10–12 metro stops from Munich’s center, a quick and convenient trip. Nothing negative.

The privately run accommodation had everything you need – friendly staff, a perfectly clean room, and a delicious breakfast. The location is ideal – the U6 is just a few minutes’ walk away. I’d come back.
