I had a disappointing stay due to the subpar service I received. The staff didn't quite meet my expectations, which was a letdown. However, the hotel's location was quite convenient and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The only thing that really stood out was the poor service, which made it hard for me to enjoy my stay.
The staff were very well-behaved and engaging, making the whole stay a solid experience.
Every room has a balcony, which is a great feature.
