It’s a small but pleasant hotel. The staff are kind and very helpful. It sits in Plateau, not far from the city centre, and you can walk to everything you need: cafés, restaurants, groceries, etc. I highly recommend it. Nothing was wrong, no complaints.

The staff were friendly, the site was quiet and close to the city center. However, the airport transfer wasn’t available, the rooms were uncomfortable because of the noisy air‑con, and I couldn’t sleep. I also found bugs and mosquitoes in the room, the elevator was cramped, and breakfast was very weak.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm welcome and exceptional service from the management and staff. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the hotel's amenities and be pampered.
