Everything was excellent: the room was cozy, the area was well‑tree‑lined, and everything was perfect.

The room and bathroom were spacious, but the reception was confused about the Booking reservation; we had booked a superior room with a pool view yet ended up on the ground floor, the common area was very dirty, and breakfast had limited options. The juice was bad. We were charged 30 reais per person for breakfast (the price for that day) because our reservation did not include it.

The hotel is close to the park and the pool area is nice, but the room was tiny and the bathroom was damp. I noticed a few cleaning and maintenance oversights – trash cans in the laundry area were overflowing and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The kettle water at breakfast tasted like mold, and the cook was so busy that we only got tapioca after she offered it to others.
