Several lights were broken and could not be fixed; the electrical cables were dysfunctional and the lights weren’t connected. The noise was loud and ripping, and there was an additional $25 daily fee on top of an already expensive daily rate.

Getting to the MBTA (Orange Line – Wellington) was a 5‑minute walk over a footbridge, and there were a few restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a good variety of meals. The Destination Market fee of $25 per day was a bit confusing, but if you didn’t use it to buy snacks or drinks at the bar, it counted as credit toward your bill.

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of healthy options. Staff member Jacqueline was extremely helpful and friendly. However, I had trouble getting a response to my emails requesting an early check‑in; after 2‑3 unanswered messages I had to call the front desk, who finally addressed my request. That lack of email response was unacceptable.
