The kitchen and utensils were dirty, old, and there were few cooking appliances; the bathroom was dirty and old, the toilet lid was broken, the shower was dirty and broken, the water didn't heat enough, and the old TV had no internet access.

The cabin was comfortable and well equipped, but getting there was difficult because I had no car.

Belen’s service was excellent; she listened to my complaint and on the third day of my stay switched me to Las Gaviotas, which really delivered the comfort and lake view that La Fontana had promised. However, the lake view was not as shown in the pictures, the shower flooded the base and once overflowed all the way into the kitchen, spiders were inside the apartment, there was no electric stove, the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, and towels were only changed every three days.

The location was good, far from noise, with a great view, though the vehicle entrance could be improved. The place was super quiet, very clean, and the reception girls were very friendly. The only downside was the very low lighting at the entrance to La Fontana, and the cabin table was a bit loose and moved too much.

The cleaning was spot‑on and the location was perfect.
