It was a wonderful stay, and the location was very convenient for tourists and close to the sea.

The spot is ideal, especially if you’re walking everywhere, since everything you need is within a short stroll. The downside is there’s no on‑site parking, so we had to pay R$ 40,00 a day for a lot next door.

The spot is great—near the beach, bars, and restaurants. I didn’t like the service: we weren’t told that daily cleaning only happens if you ask, which was the first time I’d seen that in a hotel. When I requested it, the room was cleaned but the quality was poor; the shower box was clogged with hair in the drain. Breakfast at 8 am had no refills, no utensils, no clean cups, and the tables were full of crumbs. The kitchen staff were chatting, so I had to ask for utensils. The shower was bad and cold, and the breaker tripped. The room had no proper ventilation; when I asked for a blanket, they only gave me a sheet.

Location was convenient and the staff were polite and helpful. However, the building has four flights of stairs and lugging luggage up is exhausting, so I can’t suggest it for anyone with mobility issues. There was no fridge at reception for drinks and our room lacked a minibar. The mattress sank whenever we moved, giving us a terrible night’s sleep. The breakfast counter’s cold cuts were only covered with cling film, which got tangled and greasy as guests handled them; using covered containers would be much more hygienic.
