The front‑desk staff were very friendly, but the room was filthy when we arrived: hair in the bathroom and sink, a lot of hair and dust on the floor, even dead insects. They hadn't cleaned the room before our arrival, only swapped the bed linens. The location isn’t great, and there was a lot of nighttime noise from other residents.

The beds were comfortable, yet the room was unclean, the room’s location was inconvenient, and the TV/Internet didn’t work.

The location was convenient for exploring the area, the room was fairly large and clean, and the staff were very friendly. However, my room was right next to the entrance, so people often lingered outside and made noise; I had to keep the window and blinds shut for privacy. The room door was poorly sound‑proofed, so whenever someone talked in the hallway it sounded like they were in my room.
