“Não entrega o que cobra”
The guest had mixed feelings about their stay at the hotel, appreciating its excellent location, spacious rooms, and beautiful gardens. However, they were disappointed with the hotel's service, facilities, and cleanliness, which did not match the price they paid. Additionally, the hotel lacked amenities for children, and the staff, particularly in the restaurant, were not very welcoming.
The stay was truly exceptional, with a breathtaking setting and top-notch service that made every moment feel like a dream come true.
