The staff at the front desk and one of the owner brothers at the restaurant were very friendly, and the food was good; parking in the garage is perfect. The single room is slightly small but has all the comfortable and clever details, like the rotating wardrobe. The bathroom is similar. It was quiet and I slept well. A genuinely pleasant spot with young, alert, and kind people. The only downside is that there is no breakfast, but they explained that they had issues in the past.
