“Booking.com sold me a rool for 2 nights at this resort which was closed.”
I can tell you a lot about the resort, the issues having nothing to do with the resort itself. My issues are with how you sold me a non‑refundable room at a resort that was closed and not operating, while the owner could have offered an alternative; this resort was not what I chose. Under nearly commercial guaranteed laws in all countries, this carries serious trade consequences. Given I had every support from the resort owner and no response to apply a refund, which as yet has been either responded to from an application for this form support, this is my only vehicle to prompt a response it seems. I don’t like being sold a non‑refundable room for a resort that was closed when I made the booking.
“Fantastic place!”
Breakfast was very nice. The pool was huge and clean. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed daily. The location was very good. The only note: the hotel can only be reached on foot or by motorbike; the path is sandy, so when it rains it becomes difficult to walk (it’s like a gigantic paddle).

The area has cafés, exchange offices, and a souvenir shop—this is the only shop, the prices are low, verified below, and they don’t haggle at those prices. They probably buy there and resell. We stayed in August 2025. The room was very tired—outlets fell out, lighting was poor, and the ventilation was very loud. Breakfast was bland, just eggs.
“This was an okay stay for the night after arriving from the airport, but I would not recommend a longer-term stay.”
The hotel was okay for just one night, not more. It’s close to the beach and to many nice resorts, giving other options for a stay. The pancakes were delicious and the staff were very friendly. The online photos look older than the property’s current state; there was mold in the showers and a musty smell in the room, no handwashing soap, and the underwater pool light was disconnected and lying on top of the pool edge, so the pool didn’t look usable.

For the price, plus a must-have breakfast, it was a good deal. The staff were simple, kind islanders, genuine, I think. Breakfast was made from natural ingredients, homemade. From the third time I booked, I found the check‑in on the main road; Google Maps didn’t load properly. The road is only wide enough for a single small car, and even a person nearby can’t fit (10 cm from the mirrors).
