“Decepcionante”

The spot is in the city center and offers a city view, but it was filthy when I arrived and the pillows had a terrible smell; even after asking for replacements they stayed the same. The bathroom was dirty, the shower only had one tap, and I never got hot water—when I reported it they just said the boiler was on but never checked. The bathroom always smelled like drainage, and despite asking for a fragrance nothing was done. The bed was uncomfortable in the room they switched me to, and honestly it’s not worth the price.

The place is central, small, and quiet. The shower was terrible, the water pressure was so high you couldn't relax, and the reception said nothing could be done; we also had no hot water. My two‑bedroom room lacked a nightstand between the beds for phones and extra comfort instead of putting stuff on the floor.
