The property is in a very good location, clean, and the room was spotless. The staff were all constantly smiling, attentive, and charming, especially the owner Mr. Bishoy. I’ve never seen such a gentle, always‑happy, hardworking hotel owner; most bosses are hardly visible. Even at 5 am when we needed something, he met us outside and helped. We had a wonderful hotel experience, everything was easy, and the best part was making friends who returned to our country. I would definitely stay again at Rock Pyramids and sip coffee with these great staff. Outside the hotel, visiting the Giza pyramids with a friend was very easy; we always went with Mr. Bishoy. He guided us to suitable tour companies, recommended reasonably priced souvenir shops, and made everything easier—thanks forever 🙏🏻

The property is super clean and comfortable for a very good price. Bishoy, who manages the place, is so present and attentive. No matter what you ask or when you ask, he finds a solution. I can highly recommend this place!

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. However, the overall experience differed a bit from what I expected based on the pictures, and noise was sometimes an issue. Overall, the location and staff were definitely positives, and I appreciate their hospitality.
