The TV was broken and the right remote wasn’t provided; the beds felt rough, one comforter was stained, and the shower stall and shelves were covered in someone’s hair as if never cleaned. I told the desk clerk at checkout and she said she would pass it on.

The spot near downtown Lexington is convenient, the room is well equipped, and parking is plenty, though the floors can be slick.

Everything was spotless and comfy, and the gym had fun games we used for a round of golf; we were let down that there wasn’t a free coffee station in the morning, especially given the rate, and the on‑site restaurants cost a lot, though nearby cafés are lovely. A 24‑hour coffee and tea station would have been nice.
