Great location. The pool area is very nice with comfortable lounge chairs and you can order drinks there. The room was comfortable and it’s nice that there’s an outdoor balcony. Breakfast is very good, the eggs are made fresh. The towels are only changed every three days; for €200 per night that’s arguably acceptable.

The property is beautiful, thoughtfully updated by the owner while keeping historic touches, located in a quiet spot yet still within walking distance of the train. The owners are on site daily, personally looking after guests and the place from at least 8am to 8pm, and I can’t think of more gracious, friendly, welcoming, and helpful hosts than Ema, Gio, and their parents. I would have liked a laundry facility to make it perfect, and there was an issue in the room but they were understanding and sympathetic.
