“Great Location and Great for what I needed.”
I loved the spa on site and the nearby restaurants and cafés, but the parking was a nightmare—after checking in I thought my tag number would cover it, yet I was hit with a $111 charge for less than a day, only realizing a note on the check‑in ticket said I should go to the desk at the other hotel for parking info after I’d already left.
“Sad”
Getting to the airport was just a 15‑minute taxi ride, but the hotel’s advertising was misleading—it’s really an apartment block with poor signage, and entering the room was a hassle. The air‑conditioner blasted hot air even at 18 °C, the TV was broken or I couldn’t switch it from Korean to English, and there was no coffee, tea, cutlery, or fridge. A coffee voucher in the morning would have helped, but the coffee shop I was told to use was closed.
The proximity to the airport and the good soundproofing were great, and there were no negatives.
The décor was sleek and tidy, but the room’s large windows had no blinds or dark curtains, so I couldn’t sleep well and was forced to wake at 5:30 am when the sun rose.
The property was spotless, the self‑check‑in worked smoothly, the spa was included, and the coffee was excellent; the location right next to a bus station made it easy to reach the subway. The only downside was a spot that looked like a leak on the ceiling in our room.
