The location and room quality were good, but the breakfast was disappointing.

The location was fine, but there was no hot water in the bathroom.

Only the location mattered; the washroom doors were broken, the cardboard spring mattress was the worst, they only serve one single breakfast but call it a buffet, and the unprofessional Treebo team followed up like pawn brokers.
