Only the location mattered; the AC stayed broken all night even after calls, and the staff said it was fixed but it wasn’t. I had an early‑morning marathon, couldn’t sleep, and performed poorly. The first technician came, the second didn’t show up even after a 30‑minute notice. It was pathetic, so I’ll never stay at Bloom again. The first time I used Bloom was the last time.

Very cleaned and good maintenance. Try to improve staff response while i visited hotel no one is there in reception while check in time i wait for 5-10mins
