The bed was very comfortable, the welcome was friendly, the place was spotless, it was very convenient for the harbour, and the views across the bay were beautiful. Nothing else.

The spot was great, parking was easy, and there was a nice area to sit downstairs and outside. Our room was compact but fine for a single night; the sloping roof over the toilet was a bit tricky for my tall husband.

The place was in a good spot, about a 10‑minute walk from the station, but it was terrible for the price I paid. The room was tiny, stank of mould, the shower was so small that larger people would barely fit, and there were only two chairs by the window with no legroom. Noise was a problem – you could hear everyone in the rooms next door. It might be acceptable on a budget, but I paid 120 for a night and it was my worst experience, even though I travel a lot.
