The room was very clean, the hot water shower had amazing heat and good water pressure, and the staff were friendly. All good. If there was a lift, it would be even better, especially when you get rooms on the second floor.

Overall, this hotel is highly recommended, located close to Menara Condong. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the facilities are all okay, and the hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. I’ll repeat the stay if I get the chance.

The staff are friendly and always smile. Nothing else.

Near the shops and amenities, the place is convenient, but a few rooms still have worn‑out mattresses that should be replaced.
