The location of this place is seriously unbeatable - right across the street from all the shopping and main attractions in Park City.
The staff here were absolutely fantastic - they were friendly, helpful, and made our stay really enjoyable.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the parking lot is a bit of a mess, with limited spaces and a weird layout that makes it hard to navigate.
For the price of this hotel, we expected a lot more, especially considering we'd been willing to look past the water issue.

“Beautiful and perfect location close to everything.”
We were offered a free upgrade which was perfect for my children. The kids loved using the in room jacuzzis and we enjoyed the extra space. The rooms seemed to have been recently renovated so everything was very comfortable for all of us. Went for a ski vacation and there wasn’t much snow! Don’t think the hotel could have fixed this but would love to return soon when the ski season returns
Great location. Facilities are beautiful. Rooms are big with private hot tub. Unit last year was beautifully decorated on the inside. This unit was cold with no character. No pictures on the wall. It took over five minutes to get hot water running
