It was really easy to find the staff, who are excellent. The rooms were nice. I wish I could have had a room on the ground floor instead of upstairs; being handicapped, it was hard for me to climb the stairs to reach my room.

The AC in our first room was broken, but calling the front desk got us moved to a different room almost immediately.

Spiders were in the hot tub, the bed had a tick, the toilet started running over bugs, the bathroom had a funky smell, the TV remote was missing, the lights were broken, and water was leaking from the hot tub even though we hadn't turned it on.

The property was decent, though it was oddly tucked behind another motel. In the back‑side room, a metal piece near the bathroom side of the bed poked out and I scraped my shin badly—something that needs fixing so future guests don’t get hurt. The pillows could also use a little improvement.
