“Great location near the UVA health”

The front desk staff, Sean, was fantastic, and the game room stayed open and comfy for everyone; the noise block works well, and the hotel is spotless and lovely. However, there’s no laundry service, breakfast isn’t included, and the coffee isn’t great; on occasion the housekeeper forgets to refill the water or cups in the room, forcing you to fetch your own water.

“Great location but no room safety. Would not recommend.”

The staff were great and the location was spot-on. My main concern was room safety: there’s about an inch and a half gap between the floor and the bottom of the door, so someone could easily break in with a tool; plus, light from the hall at night and a lot of noise seep in. I won’t stay here again because of these safety problems.

I loved the location, the hotel concept, and the room. The staff weren’t very friendly, didn’t give me a water bottle when I asked, and I couldn’t get coffee in the morning.

Great hotel in a superb location and right at check‑in we received lots of tips on how best to explore the city, but the rooftop bar was understaffed and after about 20 minutes we left.

“Won't stay or recommend this place. To many more upscale restaurants in the area.”

The location comfortable bed. That you have to pay for parking, it advertised 2 restaurants as 1 is a coffee shop the other a bar with bar food. No breakfast included and we had to pay for the coffee in the morning as the room coffee was terrible. There was a crack in the bathroom sink and the shower door would not open or close properly. No secure looked door from the parking garage ( 3rd floor) to the entrance of the hotel. Anybody could of walked in off the street. For the price didn't meet our expectations
