“Bad enough for us to leave after one night”
The location was fine. The room was infested with bugs, there was no coffee, only one teabag and no sugar. The bathroom sink tap didn’t work, towels were old and scrappy, there was no lift so it wasn’t suitable even for mildly disabled guests, and the stairs were slippery. Breakfast was served outside, but bugs and flies were everywhere, and the buffet offered only one limited choice, which was not prepared correctly. The balcony room only offered a view of rooftops, not what was advertised.
