We had no fridges in the rooms, and there were no reservations for that at all. Imagine having to spend three days without access to a fridge.

I never got to experience the stay because when I arrived I couldn't reach anyone to let me in, so I booked another place nearby for the night. The numbers at the gate or on the website were not attended to; I cancelled the booking, the owner called to apologize and accept the cancellation, but the refund was never processed.

The person in charge was very cool and nice, and the staff were so friendly that we had a great time; the place is very quiet and we liked that. Nothing else I dislike for real.
