The staff member was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. Even though his English was limited, he always tried to communicate and made sure I felt supported if I needed anything. The room and common areas were also kept very clean. Unfortunately, the facilities and maintenance did not match the price of the stay. My room had a pillowcase with mold on it, some lamps were missing light bulbs, and the sliding entrance door did not feel secure, as it could still be opened from the sides even when locked.
