We shared a spacious apartment with three people in a modern building that had 24/24 security. The surroundings were quiet. Each room had its own private bathroom. For groceries, Carrefour Market is on Rue PE 36, just a 20‑minute walk from the seafront. The kitchen utensils were uneven, a bit tight for more than four people, and every room should have a chair… but we were there for work.

The neighborhood is decent, the bed is comfortable, and the room is clean. However, locating the hotel was a nightmare even with Google Maps. The staff felt indifferent and uncaring. The room is cramped, the blanket meant to cover the bed is too small for an adult, and the TV offers only one channel; YouTube and Netflix are blocked and the staff didn’t provide or fix the code. Mosquitoes and other insects were present, and there’s no chair to sit on the balcony.

The location is great relative to Université CA Diop and Hôpital Fann. Two additional towel and soap holders would be helpful.
