“My room was kind of gross and without hot water, even worse.”
The hotel’s proximity to QuikTrip and my event was convenient, but I arrived to find no hot water at all. We had traveled and expected a decent shower, yet the hotel offered none; a notice at check‑in would have been at least helpful. I also found trash on the floor under the hanging bed from previous guests and hair on the shower walls. This ruined an otherwise good weekend, and I couldn’t even get up for a hot shower in the morning.
