Everything is in a good spot close to the train station and the center. You can do everything on foot. It’s on a quiet street. The kitchen is available but we didn’t use it. The room is comfortable. Beware of the steep stairs—don’t recommend them to people with limited mobility. Expensive, but everything is pricey in Florence.
The hosts were incredibly helpful and the location was super convenient.

The host was very responsive; any issue was quickly resolved. The place was spotless, room 1 was well sound‑proofed, and everything was set up for comfort. The location was very practical, not far from everything. The room was comfortable and well equipped, plus there was a small shared kitchen in a separate common area that didn’t bother anyone. I recommend this accommodation! Everything was perfect! (Maybe add a curtain rail for the bathroom in room 1, but that’s just a detail)
