This place is amazing. The incredible beauty touches even the smallest details. It’s the perfect spot where silence, beauty, calmness, and comfort blend together. After three days, I didn’t want to leave the villa. The on‑site restaurant is superb, with top‑level service, menu, view, and presentation. I highly recommend it!

The villa has a pool, tranquility, good service, a wide range of regional excursions, and helpful staff, leaving a very good memory. Thanks to the whole team! The breakfast option can feel a bit repetitive for longer stays. A vehicle on site is necessary because there’s no direct access to shops and restaurants. There was also a slight lack of explanation upon arrival about the hotel’s operations (for example, cleaning is on request, not automatic, breakfast starts after 9 am).

A beautiful place.

A fantastic spot with an old‑villa vibe that has everything you need: a kitchen, a large fridge, cookware, an oven, and a stove. The villa’s garden is cozy, featuring a pool, lounge chairs, and an extra shower by the pool; the pool area is private. The hotel’s restaurant is gorgeous, overlooking Kayaköy, and you can drop in for dinner without checking in; breakfasts are tasty and can be delivered to the room, and the dinners are superb. The staff were very welcoming and the service excellent. After visiting, you’ll want to come back again. And honestly, everything was super!

Everything was very clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation with all the essentials in one spot, but I would have liked more warm meal options for breakfast.
