Location was great. Reception was not great.

The staff were friendly, and when I mentioned the possibility of a flight delay the night before departure and asked to push my reservation back, they said I could just let them know in the morning once my flight was confirmed and they would sort it out. The hotel is also conveniently close to the station, though the air‑conditioning struggled and the humidity was high.

Great location right by the subway. Cheap private parking, courteous staff, 24‑hour reception.

The hotel was spotless, run by polite staff. My room was clean, had all the bathroom amenities, and was air‑conditioned. The area was quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the price‑to‑quality ratio was great. It is a bit far from downtown Milan, but the metro serves it well.
