This was the worst and loudest place I’ve ever stayed; it’s probably as bad as pitching a tent beside the highway. The room’s condition was unacceptable: traffic noise, a dirty bed with hair, and a stinky toilet. A paper‑thin glass door was the only barrier between our bed and the busy road, yet the staff kept calling it a “quiet room.” The cleanliness was terrible, the noise unbearable, and the quiet claim was a lie. Avoid it at all costs.

The location was good for walking to the port, and the building itself looked nice. However, when we arrived a receptionist who didn’t speak English could only communicate with gestures. The bed had no top sheet or suitable cover, only an uncomfortable quilt for summer. The shower door didn’t close properly and the hinges were broken, and the sink was very small.
