Everything was perfect! The location is ideal for the Parma fair, surrounded by nature and quiet. Breakfast is great, and overall the hospitality was flawless. No complaints.

Breakfast offers a variety, including fresh fruit and homemade cakes. The place is peaceful and quiet, and restaurants are within walking distance.

The room is very nice, breakfast is excellent, and the pool is large and beautiful. The host behaved oddly, stressing the private status of the pool, forbidding swimming noodles, and banning morning swims with a note about the private pool. He also prohibited guests eating pizza on a set table, claiming it was a B&B. A hostel manager could still learn a thing or two.

The room doors did not lock properly, street noise was audible, everything was somewhat dirty, and some pool loungers were broken.
