“Good but noisy.”
The room was clean, the amenities were there, and it smelled good. However, the rooms were advertised as soundproof, yet I could hear noises all night, which made sleeping hard. I was told there was a spa, but I never saw one. The front‑desk staff barely interacted with guests coming and going, which felt unsafe because someone could slip into the building without proper greeting or verification. Also, no remote controller for the AC left my room hot and dry at night.
