The hospitality staff were amazing and went above and beyond; I told them at the café that it was my birthday, and they surprised me with balloons and a card, then later celebrated my engagement with a complimentary bottle of bubbly and a personalized card; the room was lovely, the bed super comfy and the space generous, and I loved the little treats in the fridge; the hotel itself was fine, but it wasn’t really close to food, entertainment, or shopping.
